In this session we will learn how to write meaningful, fun, and memorable programs by beginning at the end: what do we hope our participants will get out of the program? We will learn how to write goals and objectives, and design everything backwards to meet the needs of the participants, walking away with a sparkly new custom program for your camp that anyone can implement.
